My pit crew is a bit on the small side right now, but before I retired (with the concomitant reduction in salary) I had it made. I had private lessons once a week with a yoga teacher, a Pilates teacher, and a personal trainer. I had biweekly sessions with my body mechanic--thumbs of steel and a deep, deep knowledge of the body in particular and mine specifically--and my masseuse. I also had weekly Gyrotonic sessions with a group of two. I used to call them "John's Team". I have had to cut back a bit, especially given the pandemic, but look forward to assembling a new group.
On the associations side, I tend to hang out with folks who do things like ultra marathons for fun.
